Biography

Adwokat, Tax Advisor, Senior Partner Tax, Private Clients Dariusz Wasylkowski co-heads the Tax and the Private Clients practices. He advises corporate clients on Polish and international tax law and transfer pricing, and private clients on international wealth planning, international tax reporting, inheritance matters and change of residence and citizenship. He also advises on restructuring of private and corporate assets. He represents clients in tax audits, tax proceedings, tax litigation and tax criminal proceedings. He began his legal career in 1993. Between 2000 and 2004, he was a partner at Deloitte & Touche. Since 2005 he has been a partner in Wardyński & Partners.
