Henry Ma

Biography

Henry Ma is a Senior Economist at the Economic Research and Development Impact Department of the Asian Development Bank. He was previously Senior Economist at the International Monetary Fund and Adjunct Faculty at New York University. He holds degrees from the University of the Philippines, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Pennsylvania.
