Mr. Huang has rich experience in the following areas: crossborder investment and financing, M&A, financial service innovation, commercial dispute settlement. His services include the structural design of cross-border investment, management of onshore and offshore M&A, financial services, in particular, the services relating to innovation and financial regulatory compliance He is also an expert in corporate and commercial dispute resolution matters.
