Biography

Mr. Huang is a parnter with Grandall Law Firm. He is based in Shanghai and Hong Kong. He has rich experience in the following areas: cross-border investment and financing, M&A, financial service innovation, commercial dispute settlement. His services include the structural design of cross-border investment, management of onshore and offshore M&A, financial services, in particular, the services relating to innovation and financial regulatory compliance. He is also an expert in corporate and commercial dispute resolution matters. He is active as arbitrator and counsel in a number of first tier arbitration institutions, including: CIETAC, BAC/BIAC, SHIAC, SCIA, HKIAC and SICA.
