Biography

Markus has been a partner with Oppenhoff since July 2017 and is part of Oppenhoff’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. He focuses on advising international and domestic financial sponsors, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs on complex M&A transactions, with in-depth expertise in multinational scenarios and has built a significant track record in mid-cap transactions. In addition, Markus has more than 20 years of experience in advising on M&A insurance matters for leading insurance providers.
