Dr. Melis Mani / Legal Counsel // Group Leader for International Legal Department Vienna Office of STRABAG Group (CML Construction Services) Dr. Melis Mani is an experienced legal counsel specializing in construction and infrastructure law. Since 2015, she has been part of the International Legal Department at Strabag Group, advising on major projects across the EMEA region, Australia, Africa, the UK, and North America. She has extensive expertise in FIDIC and NEC-based and bespoke construction contracts, joint ventures, consortium agreements, EPC contracts, and dispute resolution. She provides strategic legal counsel on contract management, claims preparation, as well as dispute resolution through DAB, DB, mediation, litigation, and arbitration. With over 15 years in the construction industry, she has worked on complex international projects, offering legal guidance on risk management, compliance, contract negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution. She holds a master’s degree in International Private Law and a doctorate in Public Law from Ankara University, Turkey.
