Biography

Ram is a Construction Arbitration counsel, Expert witness, Advocate ,Arbitrator, Mediator, ODR Neutral with over 20 years of international experience in the construction industry. https://www.linkedin.com/in/ramadr/ He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) UK, . Rama is a member of the International Bar Association and Arbitration sib-committee of the IBA. He is also a Certified Mediator. Ram is ADR / Claims Lead at ADROIT, www.adroitpmc.com - a firm that provides arbitration counsel, claims advisory, and risk management services for a wide range of construction disputes both in Middle East and India. He has extensive knowledge and experience in online and hybrid dispute resolution, contract drafting and reviewing, and forensic delay analysis. Ram is also the E-learning committee member of the Builders Association of India. He is also the Managing Trustee of BEAM ADR , an NGO that links the ADR fraternity and GLCs in imparting contemporary knowledge for the benefit of the students.
