Julio Cesar Bueno

Biography

Julio Cesar Bueno has been a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados since 2001. He heads the practice of Projects, Construction Law and Engineering Contracts. He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo Law School (LLB USP 1991), a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge (LLM Cantab 1995), and a doctorate from the University of São Paulo Law School (PhD USP 2001). He is vice co-chair of the International Construction Projects Committee of the International Bar Association. Also, he is the president of the Brazilian Society of Construction Law (Brazil SCL), president elected of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) Executive Board, fellow of the International Academy of Construction Lawyers (FIACL), and fellow of Chartered Institution or Arbitrators (FCIArb).
