Biography

Eileen O'Gorman is a partner in Gleeson McGrath Baldwin LLP in Dublin Ireland. She advises corporate clients and individuals on commercial issues relevant to their wide and varied business interests both in Ireland and abroad, in particular those that intersect with issues relating to intellectual property. Eileen represents a number of clients with international interests in the leisure industry and advises in relation to their brands, development, sales and acquisitions. She works with many start-up businesses providing a comprehensive approach to their business structures and intellectual property requirements and has worked with many companies, from start up, throughout their development to an ultimate sale or merger. She also has a recognised practice in entertainment law representing many musicians, music promoters, managers and independent labels.
