Biography

Hung (Mark) Ou Yang, Esq., Managing Partner of Brain Trust International Law Firm, holds a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis Law School, a Master of Laws with Honors from Northwestern University School of Law, and Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from National Taiwan University College of Law (the best university and law school in Taiwan). Mark specializes in transnational legal disputes, international trade, business and white collar crime, and antitrust. Hence, Mark is currently a recommended Taiwan lawyer by The Legal 500 and other international organizations. Since 2019, Asia Business Law Journal has identified Mark as Taiwan's top 100 lawyers (The A List).
