Biography

Nicholas’ experience as an international advocate and business diplomat has seen him act as counsel for sovereign states, royal families, multinationals, banks and financial institutions in numerous state court proceedings and sensitive international disputes. He has tried cases before the WTO Appellate Body, the UK Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal, and in offshore jurisdictions such as Bermuda, the BVI, Cayman, Jersey and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, the Dubai World Tribunal, & the ADGM as well as in arbitration in many seats worldwide.
