Biography

James is an investor at AshGrove Capital, a pan-European private credit fund investing in B2B software and tech-enabled services businesses. AshGrove typically invests €7.5m-€60m in a range of bootstrapped/founder-backed, VC-backed, growth equity and private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining AshGrove in 2024, James was at Sixth Street and Wells Fargo, focusing on software investing.
