1. The position is transversal throughout the whole Organization/Jewelry, Watches, Accessories, Parfums
2. Impactful activity of investor relations with rating firfirms nand media stakeholders
3. Global Sourcing traceability risk mapping
4. Specific leader role in mining (site visits in Sri Lanka, Mozambique, Zambia and Myanmar)
5. Group Code of Conduct implementation in the Organization and third parties
6. Corporate Due Diligence management system implementation: Due diligence path for diamonds; Renewal of Code of Practices Certification (obtained on January 2015-18-21-24) with the non profit Organization RJC ( Responsible Jewelry Council); Chain of Custody Certification on
gold (obtained in June 2015as first Italian Jewelry Manufacturer and renewal on April 2018-21-24 ongoing)
7. Ethical Sourcing: RJC Member of the Board for standards on precious gems; member of the TDI on precious gems standards and tools identification
8.Industrial sites monitoring: LEED Certification (Gold) for the new Bulgari plant in Valenza
9.Italian Coordinator on ICESP platform (textile)
10. Ideation and implementation of projects in recycle and circular economy (CircularItalie platform: packaging and leather production/perfumes & cosmetics
11. Owner and Founder of AISEC – Italian Association on Circular Economy
12. Environmental policy maker for the Group and in several tables held by public stakeholders in Italy and in France. Advocacy management on local content (Africa and Myanmar)
13. Non financial reporting: Environment and social reporting activities requested by law (France – Italy) and CSRD
14. Risk Management/Suppliers mapping and risk assessment: Supply Chain/environmental-social Audits and monitoring to suppliers (mainly located in Europe, Switzerland and China) by implementation of ISO14001 and SA8000 Standards
15. Implementation projects on gender, culturalism and generation: Projects on disabled people and
on Welfare/Worklife balance and with Universities and Schools ( For.Al in Alessandria, Politecnico in Milan, St Martin in London)
16. Lecturer in Sustainable Development teaching in LUMSA in Rome and in Università Cattolica in Milano
