Biography

Graduated in law from Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and registered with the Milan Bar. Clarissa mainly deals with domestic and international corporate and commercial law issues in court and out-of- court cases and has acquired extensive experience with corporate reorganisations, contract drafting and assistance in insolvency proceedings.
