Biography

GianBattista Origoni advises Italian and international clients on acquisitions, mergers, asset purchases and contributions, joint-ventures and stockholders' agreements. He acts in particularly complex cases in both arbitrations and Court litigation. Prior to founding the firm Gianni & Origoni which carries his name, GianBattista gained experience in Italy and abroad. He is a member of numerous legal associations and speaks Italian, English and French.
