Dieter Kohlfürst

Biography

Dieter is the founder of Kohlfürst Legal, a boutique German law firm focussing on immigration law and citizenship law, located south of the Munich metropolitan region. Born in London, he obtained his law degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich, one of the leading universities in Europe. Dieter was admitted to the German Bar in 1998. He has been practising as an attorney in Germany for more than 20 years and is specialised in corporate immigration and citizenship law. Dieter has extensive expertise in providing a full range of immigration services to • individuals • multinational corporations from numerous industries • theatre production companies. His “hands-on” practice encompasses: strategic pre-assignment planning, advice on immigration compliance, liability for illegal employment, business immigration and family immigration to Germany. Dieter also provides expert advice to clients on German citizenship law and assists with obtaining of a German citizenship.
