Carole Nel

Biography

Carole is a Senior Manager leading Boeing’s Global Immigration Program. She strategizes, designs, and leads initiatives that enhance employee experience while ensuring Boeing’s compliance worldwide. With nearly 20 years of experience in employment law, global mobility, international social security and employment-based immigration, Carole is instrumental in safeguarding Boeing’s interests and aligning operational efficiency with its international workforce goals. Prior to joining Boeing in March 2022, Carole served as Vice President of a Global Immigration Practice where she managed an international team of immigration attorneys and experts. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing global immigration compliance for Fortune 500 clients across more than 100 countries. Carole began her career in as a corporate lawyer specializing in employment law. Carole holds an MBA from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). She also earned a master’s degree in international human resources management and labour relations from INSEEC Business school in Paris, France. Additionally, Carole holds a Master 1 (equivalent to Juris Doctor) in Labor Law and Social Security from the University of Lyon’s Faculty of Law in France.
