Biography

Arjun Ghose is a partner in our Bangalore office and is part of the corporate practice group. Arjun has a diverse practice portfolio encompassing private equity, general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and stressed assets. He advises private equity and other corporate clients on a wide range of transactions, including minority stake purchases, control deals and buyouts, acquisition finance, exits and other corporate matters across multiple sectors, including infrastructure (renewable energy and ports), edtech and financial services . He has recently worked on several high-profile private equity transactions in the asset and wealth management sector.
