Biography

For 33 years, I was a corporate lawyer at Paul, Weiss in New York, serving at Co-Chair of the Corporate Department and Co-Chair of the Global M&A practice. In 2017, I founded Longsight Strategic Advisors to give advice to board of directors and top management on business strategy, governance, deals and problem solving. Concurrently, I recently served for 6 years as an independent director of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group of Japan, and have also served as Senior Advisor to Apollo Global Management, a global alternative asset manager, and to Perella Weinberg Partners, a New York based global M&A advisory firm.
