Biography

Stuart Johnson is one of Australia's leading managed funds and capital markets lawyers, known for some of the largest deals and most innovative listed and unlisted investment product offerings in the Australian market. Over 25 years in practice, he regularly advises major Australian and global fund managers on establishing, structuring, promoting and marketing funds. He also advises on funds management and regulatory issues. Stuart has worked in the listed A-REIT sector for many years, advising on floats, low-doc rights issues, institutional placements, other equity capital market initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.
