Biography

Daniel leads Client Solutions for Waystone in North America across multiple product lines with a particular focus on international and European solutions for traditional, ETF and alternative fund managers. In particular, Daniel is using his deep understanding of AIFMD and UCITS funds and other investment vehicles to help Waystone maintain its position as the leading provider of Governance, Risk, Compliance and Administration services globally. Prior to joining Waystone, Daniel was a Senior Associate in the Asset Management & Investment Funds group at Dillon Eustace. He qualified as an attorney (solicitor) in Ireland in 2007. In 2010 he relocated to the New York office of Dillon Eustace where he provided Irish legal advice to U.S. Asset Managers and spearheaded Business Development across all practice areas of the firm's Irish and Cayman offices. Daniel is a regular speaker at industry seminars and conferences on European regulatory issues and their impact on U.S. asset managers. Daniel was born and educated in Ireland and is active in the New York Irish community across social, charitable and business organizations.
