Biography

Niall is a Consultant in William Fry LLP's (Re)Insurance Group. With over 14 years experience, he advises insurers, reinsurers and intermediaries on all aspects of their business including new authorisations, M&A transactions, portfolio transfers, schemes of arrangement, corporate governance, new product review and a variety of Solvency II regulatory matters. He is ranked by Legal 500 as a Rising Star for Insurance in Ireland and rated as Highly Regarded in IFLR 1000. He lectures on the Law Society of Ireland's professional diploma courses and frequently speaks at insurance industry events in Ireland.
