Biography

Stefano Micheli is leader of the Insurance Focus Team and member of the Private Equity Focus Team. He specialises in corporate law (M&A of listed and non-listed companies in Italy and abroad, acquisition and sale of business units, extraordinary transactions and joint ventures, leveraged buyours and governance issues) and private equity. He also has a wide expertise in insurance law, with particular focus on extraordinary transactions involving insurers and insurance intermediaries, regulatory issues, product structuring, relations with the supervisory authorities. He also provides assistance to international clients in investing in Italy.
