Biography

Annapoorna is Regional Counsel at the Monument Group, and is part of executive teams in the Group’s Irish, Crown Dependencies and UK businesses. She joined Monument in late 2019, and in the last four years has been responsible for legal matters in these regions including acquisitions in Ireland and the Isle of Man, winding down run off books, and integration and restructuring across the group. Formerly the lead transaction counsel at an emerging markets private equity fund, she has worked on M&A in the financial services sector across Asia and Africa, for a number of years.
