Biography

Carla is a senior transactional underwriter with DUAL Asset and has over 10 years of transactional experience spanning the financial services, legal advisory and insurance sectors. DUAL Asset are a managing general agent that specialise in providing insurance solutions for legal issues arising in M&A and real estate transactions. DUAL Asset has insured over £600bn worth of assets in over 52 countries and is the largest underwriter of title insurance in Europe. Carla was previously a corporate M&A lawyer and now regularly underwrites large M&A transactions as well as identified risks, focussing on the European market.
