Biography

Ms. Sarocha Thongperm is a Partner in the litigation and arbitration practice group at Weerawong C&P. She practices primarily in the areas of international litigation and arbitration with an emphasis on commercial and international law. She has extensive experience advising clients in the resolution of civil and criminal disputes. Ms. Thongperm obtained an LL.B. degree (Honors) from Chulalongkorn University and an LL.M. degree in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. She is a Thai Barrister-at-Law and also enlisted as an arbitrator in the Register of the Thailand Arbitration Institute (TAI). She had recently co-authored the Thailand chapter of “Law Over Borders Comparative Guide: Commercial Litigation and Cross-border Enforcement”.
