Wen Wen Cheng

Biography

Head of Legal and AML Compliance Officer at Ysios Capital. Prior to joining Ysios, Wen Wen developed her career as a lawyer at Cuatrecasas (ca. 10 years), where she specialized in M&A, cross-border transactions, private equity, corporate group restructuring, and real estate transactions, as well as in contractual and corporate law matters. Wen Wen holds a degree in Law and a degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
