Biography

Lawyer and partner at Bofill Mir Abogados, she heads the Public Law, Regulated Markets and Life Sciences practices. Andrea has focused her career on M&A, Administrative Law and Regulatory Law, with a special focus on the Life Sciences area. Regarding the latter, she has experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical and laboratory, food, veterinary, agribusiness, medical devices and cosmetics, among others. She also has extensive experience advising local and international clients in administrative processes, public tenders, sanitary summaries, entry into the Chilean market, clinical studies and in Life Sciences M&A processes, among others.
