Biography

José Luis joined Pérez-Llorca in 2017 after having worked at the Madrid office of an international firm for four years. Since 2023 he is working at the Firm’s London office. José Luis advises both domestic and foreign clients on all kinds of commercial transactions and, in particular, on significant M&A transactions, the creation and dissolution of joint ventures, corporate restructuring and private equity transactions.
