Biography

I am a partner in the Construction Law Group at Venable LLP. My practice focuses on helping clients engaged in construction use industry best practices in risk management, dispute mitigation/avoidance and sustainability. I am a frequent speaker on how the path to net zero will impact the construction industry. I work in Washington, DC, which is one of the first jurisdictions in the United States to enact building performance standards. I also live in Montgomery County, Maryland and my county and state have also enacted building performance standards.
