Biography
Pierre-Gilles Wogue is an experienced counsel and litigator with an extensive restructuring and special situation practice spanning two decades.
He has considerable experience in dealing with crises and/ or special situations for the main stakeholders involved and/ or advising distressed companies with a pronounced international dimension (from mid to large size companies, conglomerates and financial institutions). This includes inter-alia distressed M&A situations, financial and/ or operational restructuring, crisis management assistance, pre-litigation and litigation related to crisis and pre-insolvency and insolvency.
He is a known name in restructuring and is frequently requested to participate in expert working groups at the National, and European levels regarding reforms and regulations.
Partner at Rambaud Martel (now Orrick Rambaud Martel), he joined Salans (now Dentons), and was among the founding partners of Altana. Altana has become Advant Altana as part of the Advant alliance created by Altana with the 2 leading German and Italian law firms, Beiten and NCTM.
Pierre-Gilles is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris, and holds a Masters degree in Business Law (Paris Panthéon-Assas University) and a post-graduate diploma in Private Law (Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University).
