Biography

Dr. Luca Jagmetti is a partner at Bär & Karrer, Switzerland, and co-head of the Restructuring & Insolvency Team. He advises clients in restructuring transactions and represents them also in respective court proceedings. With his background in private M&A transactions, including venture capital, Luca Jagmetti has extensive experience in handling complex distressed M&A transactions, including related questions such as mass dismissals etc.
