Norel Rosner

Biography

Norel Rosner currently works at the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers of the European Commission, focusing on international aspects in the area of civil justice and on civil procedure. In that capacity he was involved in the negotiations leading up to the adoption of the Judgments Convention. Rosner previously worked at the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as in the academics (University of Groningen, The Netherlands) and private practice (De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, The Netherlands).
