Biography

I specialise in large-scale competition damages litigation at Hausfeld & Co LLP. I act for multinational companies in such disputes as well as for consumers in complex opt-out claims. Notable representations include acting for a large group of international retailers in claims against MasterCard and VISA in relation to multilateral interchange fees and for Privacy International in its intervention before the Competition Appeal Tribunal in relation to the Meta / Giphy merger. In the collective sphere, I was part of the team that filed the collective action against Qualcomm on behalf of Which?, and I am currently acting for Christine Riefa, proposed class representative in Riefa v Amazon & Apple, and for Liz Coll, the class representative in Coll v Google.
