Biography

Felix Neri mainly advises and represents his UHNWI/HNWI private clients in complex court and arbitral proceedings. His main areas of practice comprise domestic and international litigation, in particular white-collar crime, mutual assistance in criminal matters, asset tracing, freezing and recovery. He also assists his clients implicated in multi-jurisdictional disputes by devising and implementing case management strategies, as well as repetitional related issues ensuing therefrom. Before joining Schifferli & Associés, Felix Neri worked as a Senior Associate at Lalive SA and as a Foreign Associate at Kingsley Napley LLP in London. He was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2013 and is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Arbitration Association and the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC).
