Biography

Haidee L. Schwartz is Associate General Counsel, Competition, at OpenAI. Before joining OpenAI she was an antitrust partner at a leading multi-national law firm, and prior to that served as an Acting Deputy Director of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition. She also served in several other positions at the FTC. Prior to joining the FTC, Ms. Schwartz was in private practice at a different law firm and was a Senior Vice President at a global public affairs firm.
