Biography

Martin Ebner is a partner at Schoenherr in the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice. He advises banks and financial institutions in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe on complex regulatory and transactional matters, and acts for sponsors and borrowers in transactions across the region. As Austrian counsel for ISDA, FIA, and banking associations in Austria and across CEE, he is closely familiar with the development of regulatory requirements for financial institutions. Martin is a member of the Vienna Bar Association and holds degrees from the University of Salzburg (Mag.iur.) and the Pallas Consortium (LL.M.).
