Biography

David advises governments, international organizations and businesses on the digitalization of international trade. His vision is the complete replacement of paper in international trade. As a "legal product owner", he sees himself as a link between law and IT. He translates legal requirements into technical specifications for his clients and supports the implementation work and product iterations. David enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams and looks forward to exchanging ideas with the members of the IBA!
