Biography

Carolin is a member of the Corporate Practice Area at Taylor Wessing and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. She primarily advises national and international investors, companies, and institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including joint ventures, carve-outs, minority shareholdings, and distressed M&A. In addition to traditional industrial and tech sectors, she focuses in particular on transactions in the life sciences sector.
