Biography

Patricia Montoro is the Global Head of Indra's Corporate and Legal M&A department. Patricia is an expert lawyer in M&A, corporate and commercial law, contracting and financial law, having developed her career in multinational companies and international law firms. In 2023 her team participated in 16 M&A transactions for Indra and the prospects for 2024 are even higher. Indra is a listed company on the Spanish Stock Exchange (Ibex 35) with presence in more tan 144 countries and activities in the defense and air traffic management sectors and also IT business through its trademark
