Biography

Llanos Manzanares brings over 20 years of international professional experience having led transactions in multiple countries across different regions. With expertise in M&A, commercial law, corporate law, civil law, competition law, data protection and IT among others, she is responsible for providing legal advice across the business, with strategic and operational guidance, aiding the different group companies in all legal aspects. She has also been responsible for developing Astara´s corporate compliance framework and building a strong corporate culture that is aligned with the company’s values around compliance and integrity. She is a Legal, compliance and cybersecurity expert. Member of the Executive Board of Astara Mobility S.A.
