Biography

Guillermo Bueno is a Partner at Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa (Madrid office). He leads the Corporate/M&A practice in Spain and oversees the firm's expansion in Europe. Guillermo is an expert in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including strategic acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
