Biography

La’Resa is responsible for managing the Legal Operations function, which consists of, but is not limited to, change management, internal and external resources, contracting process, developing templates, and tracking related metrics; updating billing guidelines and engagement letters as needed; tracking entity registrations, approvals, and related deadlines; and facilitating professional development of the team by identifying and optimizing cost efficient training opportunities, whether virtual, conference-based, or law firm-led. La’Resa is an active member of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium and sits on the Advisory Board for Consero’s Legal Operations forums. She sits on a few organizational committees and is also one of the Sponsor for the organization’s Black Employees and Allies Resource Group and leads the Office of Legal Services DEI initiatives.
