Biography

I am the Group HR and Organization Director of Hera Group. I hold a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master in Finance from the Faculty of Economics of Turin. My career began in 2000 at Martini & Rossi as a junior controller. The following year, I joined Fiat Group. Through a program designed to develop managers with strong inter-sectoral and international skills, I first held the role of organization specialist at CNH headquarters in Chicago. Following that, I moved to the role of commercial controller at Iveco France in Paris. In late 2003, I returned to Italy and joined the human resources department of Fiat Auto. There, I held positions with increasing responsibility over the years. In 2008, I joined Hera Group, where I have progressively enlarged my responsibilities to reach the position of Group HR and Organization Director. I am also a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of several Business Schools and I teach courses in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Change Management, and Leadership within various Executive Master's programs.
