Adam Knight

Biography

Adam Knight leads the Fund Structuring & Legal team at ICG. Adam joined ICG in February 2019 and has gained extensive experience working on the launch of ICG's products across all of our asset classes and geographies. Adam trained as a lawyer with SJ Berwin and his most recent role before ICG was in the London office of Paul Hastings. Adam has worked on numerous fundraises across private equity, real estate and credit and has significant experience in dealing with investors from small family offices to major sovereign wealth funds. Adam has a degree in History from Royal Holloway, University of London and a degree in Law at the College of Law of England and Wales. Adam is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
