Biography

A seasoned and results-oriented general counsel with over 20 years of global experience in the e-commerce, fashion, digital technology, privacy, retail, and consumer services sectors. She serves as the CLO and Head of Corporate Legal Affairs for the Americas at Inditex. As a key legal advisor and strategic partner to the executive management team, she oversees all legal, compliance, transactional and litigation matters for Inditex’s companies in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Before joining Inditex, she spent over a decade as in-house counsel at a US publicly traded retailer, the Jones Group with brands such as Nine West, Easy Spirit and Anne Klein. She holds a BA from Binghamton University with a double major in Philosophy, Politics and Law and Spanish Literature and attended Pace Law School, cum laude, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the International Law Review.
