Charlene Jackson

Biography

Charlene is the Founder and CEO of HLS Consultancy. She is a senior executive with over 30 years of corporate experience. She has had a stellar corporate and entrepreneurial career where she has reported directly to the CEO of several Fortune 100 companies. Charlene has extensive experience in the financial services and real estate industries and brings significant experience advising global corporations on culture transformation. Charlene was Salomon Brothers’ first African American female managing director and has been named one of Diversity Woman Media’s “Elite 100 Black Women Leaders.” In 2023, Savoy Magazine named her one of the Most Influential Executives in Diversity and Inclusion.” Charlene currently serves on the board of the Blue Egg Corporation, a privately held for-profit entity. She also has served on the boards of Claremont Graduate University, Children’s Village, the Richard Reese Employee Relief Fund and the Iron Mountain Charitable Foundation. Charlene earned a joint BA/MBA from Claremont McKenna College and the Peter Drucker Management Center at Claremont Graduate University. She earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
