Biography

I am associate partner in the Norwegian law firm CLP, and I am specialized within trade law and retail. Extensive experience with trade law structures such as franchise, JVs, supply-, distribution- and agency agreements. I have particularly extensive experience with the automotive industry, both on the OEM- and the distributor side. I also have experience within other retail and consumer segments, such as consumer electronics, construction goods/DIY, furniture, clothing, hotel and food service. I lived and worked in Shanghai from 2013-2016, and I have continued assisting Asian and other international clients since my return to Norway in 2016.
