Biography

Joaquim Pereira Mendes is Chief Legal, Tax & Compliance Officer at Sonae Sierra. His career at Sonae Sierra began in 1989. He is also Professor of Law at the Portucalence University, Porto, and Member of the European Legal Group of the ECSP (European Council of Shopping Places).
