Erica Martins, Corporate Legal Counsel at ALLOS, has 20 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and real estate law. Her trajectory includes stints at major Brazilian law firms. As Corporate Legal Counsel at ALLOS, largest shopping center company in south America, she plays an important role in overseeing the company’s corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financing agreements, real estate contracts, IT and innovation initiatives agreements.
