Biography

I am a senior partner at MinterEllisonRuddWatts, a national tier 1 law firm in New Zealand, with more than 25 years experience advising on, negotiating, executing and post transaction implementation of complex real estate and infrastructure projects through out New Zealand. Recognised in both the Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories as a leading real estate practitioner, my client base has always been significant players in their respective sectors, including the New Zealand Government, Auckland Council, Marriott Inc., IKEA/INGKA Group, DCI Datacentres, Spark New Zealand, DHL Group, M&L Hospitality Group I have deep knowledge and experience in a number of key sectors of the economy including Housing, Public Sector, Hotels, Logistics Telecommunications/Media, with a heavy focus on international/global organisations and public infrastructure reform (water, rail).
